I explore the relationship between the natural world and the human spirit. The reflected subjects - nature and my children - are the protagonists of this narrative. This work celebrates nature but also brings awareness to how we are emotionally affected by the ecological decline. The mirrors convey the dialogue between the natural landscape and the reflected emotional landscape. I attempt to fit these two landscapes seamlessly to create an abstracted natural environment, regardless of how each part seems otherworldly to the other.
